Use this sturdy, safe, and easily portable 3.5 gal (13 L) steel dip tank (model 27613) to simply dip and rinse parts or subassemblies with combustible liquid solvents. A dip tank is particularly useful for volumes of work that do not warrant a larger rinse tank or a single large part. Fill the dip tank with your cleaning solvent of choice, then place items in the dip tank and remove them when done cleaning and rinsing.

Safely cleaning parts and subassemblies are required across a wide variety of manufacturing, maintenance, repair, construction and lab sites including, but not limited to the steel, automotive, airline, agriculture, food, paper, and chemical industries.

This dip tank has an exterior height of 11.25 in (28.6 cm) and an outer diameter of 11.375 in (28.9 cm). Model 27613 is yellow and weighs 6.8 lb (3.1 kg).

Dip tank covers stay open for convenient access during cleaning operations. Always keep tanks closed when not in use. For added safety, there is a self-closing mechanism and fusible link that melts at 165F (74C) to snap the cover shut in case of fire.

An optional parts basket (model 27902) is available to purchase for cleaning smaller parts. When ordering it is important to note the tank size for dip tanks vs. wash tanks. The liquid capacity differs when using a parts basket because the liquid volume is displaced by the basket.
