Precise, Repeatable Bends –Repeatable bending is achievable with the combination of Brake Tooling and the Ironworker’s electric stroke control.

Brackets, frames, pans and tanks are just a few of the applications appropriate for the Edwards Brake Tooling. This length brake is designed to work with the 55 ton, 65 ton, 100 ton Deluxe, and 120 ton, and 110-65 Elite Dual Operator Ironworkers. Brake Tooling includes a standard punch and a four-way die that allows for 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, and 1/4″ material to be bent to a 90 angle. The bottom brake die is held with brackets that easily bolt to the mounting table. Repeatable bending is achievable with the combination of Brake Tooling and the Ironworker’s electric stroke control.
