Heavy duty 12 Volt to 6 Volt reducer, works with a continuous 10 AMP motor. This is the same reducer as HR02K just without the wire, 4 screws, and 3 terminals and a much lower price. This volt reducer is essential when converting from 6 volt to 12 volt electric. This reducer allows you to use your original 6 volt blower motor and upgrade to a 12 Volt system. This is for use on 12 volt negative ground systems. Comes with brass bolts and internal heat shrink to keep this reducer cool. Safer and much more reliable than the less expensive ceramic type voltage reducers. Compact 1″ x 1″ x 3″ size occupies little space. In 1957 these vehicles were outfitted with 12 Volt systems but you can use this reducer for any 12 Volt to 6 Volt reduction. Fits:
