18V AEG ADAPTER

NO MORE MESSThis OxRock designed and manufactured adapter makes greasing hassle free. It converts the AEG 18V grease gun (Australia/New Zealand Models) from use of the old 450g pull off cartridges into the new 500g screw cartridges.The metal cartridge with the long plunger will no longer be required.

HOW IT WORKS.

1) Simply remove the metal cartridge and insert the adapter with a 24mm socket.

2) Torque to 25Nm, the adapter will remain in the gun permanently.

3) Insert the KAJO screw thread cartridge and prime gun as below.

4) To prime the gun, put pressure on the bottom of the cartridge and press the bleed button simultaneously. Repeat until grease exits bleeder.

5) Happy greasing!

No further bleeding is requiredonce the first cartridge is correctly primed

TOP TIP– When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until grease is pushed out the top to eliminate air pockets.
