The rolls are specially induction hardened to 64RC; the left barrel to a depth of 6 mm, ensuring that your flat rolls last a lifetime. The right barrel offers 19 square grooves for wire forming from 10 mm to 1 mm. Two sets of extension rollers provide a total of seven half-rounds. Safety features include two emergency stop buttons, safety bars at the front and rear of the mill, guards covering the extension rollers at both ends, as well as guards covering the top gears.
