Safely collect waste from up to four waste lines from HPLC processes into a single intake fitting. Kit accommodates either 1/16″ (2-mm) OD or 1/8″ (3-mm) OD lines. Approximately 3-1/2″ (89-mm) long and made of No. 316 gauge stainless steel, manifold fits only a stainless steel intake fitting. Four ports are tapped to accommodate 1/4-28 threads of the supplied fittings. PEEK fittings include four each: 1/16″ (2-mm) and 1/8″ (3-mm) OD tube fittings with corresponding PCTFE ferrules for compression fit of waste line. Four plug caps are provided to close unused ports. Multiple manifolds may be used on a custom-designed quick-disconnect container as long as one fitting remains unused. Safety container with manifold installed is OSHA compliant and meets NFPA Code 30. Use on round containers; not for use on oval style can.
