Grow seedlings, cuttings, flowers and house plants alike with this indoor grow light system. Features all aluminum construction and a simple toggle clamp for easy lamp height adjustment. The high output T-5 54 watt bulb (included) and reflective fixture generates 15-20% more lumens than comparable fluorescent grow lights. When germinating the light can be placed very near the soil or humidity dome. (After sprouting, it is best to keep the fixture 3-6″ away from the plant canopy.)

The system features an inbuilt timer that can be set to automatically activate the light for 12 or 18 hours, and then turn it off for 12 or 6 hours before cycling on again.
